OEM BUYER’S GUIDE
A practical framework for brands, importers and retailers moving from an initial product idea to an approved specification and production-ready order.
FROM IDEA TO SHIPMENT
Start with the target market, sales channel, target price, estimated order quantity and required delivery window. These details help narrow the product direction before sampling begins.
Paddle, cushion, vent, detangling, scalp-care and folding formats solve different consumer needs. Review the intended use first, then compare shape, size and construction.
Agree on dimensions, weight reference, body material, pins or bristles, cushion construction and finish. A clear specification reduces changes later in the project.
Confirm color references, logo artwork, application method and placement. Retail packaging may include cards, inserts, boxes, labels and shipping marks.
The approved sample, artwork or written specification becomes the project reference before volume production is scheduled.
Production checkpoints can cover dimensions, appearance, assembly, pin or bristle consistency, logo application and packaging presentation before shipment.
